The Main Office business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.  Phone 727-525-6300 (All lines are recorded). Each auctioneer has a satellite office in different locations throughout Florida. Our team consists of An Office Manager and 2 clerks, & 5 Licensed and Bonded auctioneers - To better protect all parties involved all of our employees are specifically trained and versed on the self storage lien laws. Auction Plus Rules And Regulations For all Storage Unit Buyers At Storage Facilities Using Our Services (250+ facilities). We are Auction Plus, Also Know As Storage Protection Auction Services, Designed, Engineered And Founded in 1990 By Col. Rex Frost. We Were The First In The World with a Full Service Auction Company Designed specifically for storage facilities and still the #1 leader in the storage auction industry.  Our auction services are set up to have no conflict of interest with the buyers.  We do not allow our auctioneers, family members, friends, and managers to bid on the defaulted storage units.  You are assured of an honest auction to the best of our ability.  We use open bidding (verbal) so no games can be played.  We work as a team with the storage facility managers and the managers have a right to add to our rules and regulations.

We sell the complete contents of the unit AS IS - WHERE IS - NO REFUNDS! The buyer is bidding on ALL items within the unit and ALL items must be removed from the unit. You will have from 24 to 48 hours to remove the contents from the unit. At each location we will use the storage managers rules to decide the 24/48 hr. You will be told before the auction how long a time you will have to clean the unit out. At some storage facilities Every Buyer will be charged a $50 or $100.00 cleaning deposit. This deposit will depend on the storage managers. After the unit is cleaned in the allotted time, your money will be refunded by the manager. Do not use the dumpster on the storage facility property and make sure your unit is cleaned out 100% in order for your deposit to be refunded.  We suggest you bring a flashlight and a lock. The storage facilities do not furnish these items at all locations.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to return all personal items papers, photos, etc. to the office of the storage facility's office in order for these personal items to be returned to the tenant. ( Do not leave any item in a unit). Under certain circumstances, the Buyer may be contacted by Auction Plus or the storage facility and we will have the right to request that certain items or the complete unit of general household, boats, vehicles, etc. be purchased back by the storage facility in order to prevent any court action with said tenant.

Auction Plus was founded in 1990 and in all those years we have never had to request a unit or any part of unit to be returned to said tenant.  Although your signature on this form indicates that we will have this right to do the above if needed, as of this date we have never had to request this type of action.

We charge a 10% buyer's premium, that is part of our auction fees. And All Buyer's must have a current sales tax certificate on file with us or you will be charged tax (State law.)

Auction Plus reserves the right to cancel any bids considered unreasonable by Auction Plus. Our bids are taken in $10.00 increments or more unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. Immediately following the auction, you must go directly to the office to pay for your unit pay by CASH ONLY. Auction Plus will furnish a cash receipt upon payment for the units contents. Smokers: Please do not smoke in the hallways, or dispose of your butts on the property.

We will start the auction at the locker door and if there is a large crowd, do not worry, you will get a chance to look and the auctioneer will do a 1-2-3 countdown and point out the high bidder before each unit is sold. This gives every bidder a fair chance to bid. Auction time lines are normally set up to run 5-8 different storage facility locations in a day. All time lines are approximate. On some occasions we may be late to arrive at the auction facility for various reasons beyond our control. Generally, we start on time.

If you purchase a vehicle, boat, or anything that is required to be registered in the State of Florida with the Motor Vehicle Dept., Auction Plus will guarantee you a clean title. Normally, these are fast transactions. Average time line is 10 days and the longest should not be over 180 days. Before you bid, ask our clerk and she will give you the estimated time line.

Auction Plus has been in the storage business since 1990. We have an excellent group of professional buyer's, both ladies and gentlemen. Therefore, we will not tolerate any foul language or inappropriate behavior of any kind. If you do not abide by our rules and regulations or do not act in a respectful manner, the Auctioneer or Storage Facility Manager has the right to ask you to leave the property and you may be banned from all of Auction Plus ( 250+) locations in the State of Florida. Additional rules may apply if verbally announced by Auction Plus auctioneer or the storage facility manager.
